Bar and Restaurant idea

Ok I've had this idea for a restaurant and bar for AGES now but I've never had a good place to write it down.
Basically, it's an adventurer's club themed restaurant, with the gimmick being that there's food from a multitude of different locations around the globe. It'd be furnished with Victorian era to 1930s era walls, tables, chairs and e.c.t. It'd probably also have novelties and replicas of actual period appropriate adventurer artifacts and items (i.e black and white photographs on the walls, diving suits/ old adventurer outfits on cloth mannequins on display, bronze busts of famous adventurers, and old model ships and planes). I'm a massive fan of Jules Verne, H.G. Wells and other writers and novels of that era, so it'd probably have a lot of reffrences to that as well.
There might be even by movie nights, where thematically simmilar movies would be payed for a ticket entry. Overall it'd probably have a vibe simmilar to Ruby Tuesday's and other nearly fancy chain restaurants. I can't imagine following up on a concept like that, but I love dreaming about it.
