That's a tough question. I assume you mean games that we first played during the last 3 years?
If so, these are some of my favorites:
Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers
SMT 4
Raidou 2
A Link to the Past (it took me awhile to get to it)
Resident Evil (Remake, played with friends)
Fortune Street
Dokapon Kingdom
Mega Man Legends 1 & 2 (especially 1)
Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow
Amid Evil
Devil May Cry 1,3,4,5
Doom (2016) and Doom Eternal
Final Fantasy 10 (tho I'm not super far)
Prey (2017)
Resident Evil 4
Sonic Mania
Subnautica
System Shock 2 (1 is good also)
Persona 5 Royal (even if it is very easy)

Door Into Summer, Evening Star, Midnight Greenhouse and New Horizon are literally so GOATed oh my god.
the game itself might not be amazing but SEGA has literally done everything else Chaotix related dirty.
