waaaaaaaaaaah i started drinking
am i gonna have a hangover
i woke up at 3 pm tthis morning so i feel like i can get away with less sleep
im gonna wake up at 4:30 am.

also if i sleep a shit ton in one session and then i sleep a small amount in the next session after only about 9 hrs of being awake does that mean ill feel sleep fulfilled????? i knew someone who slept in 4 hr intervals, like 4 hrs in the morning and 4 hrs in the nightish or sumthing like that
is that actually efficient/healthy or is that the opposite
